Refund Policy

Our supplier, Luxxe SA and VDB Kollektive has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

All effort is made to produce items exactly as depicted in the pictures, however the photos vs item received may vary slightly in colour/stitching or look due to the handmade nature of the items. If you are unsure about your item, please contact before placing a order.

No guarantee on heel tips and diamantes of shoes & embellished garments.

No cancellation of orders allowed before item is received, if you want to return/exchange your item (once received) you are welcome to log a return request online. Please ensure that you are aware of delivery time as our stock arrivals can take +/- 2-4 weeks to be delivered. If you have a deadline, please ensure to contact customer service to enquire before items is ordered.

Kindly note that we do not offer any refunds for international clients, due to the high fraud that has been committed world-wide. This is non-negotiable and you should make sure you select the correct size before purchasing. If you are unsure of your size, kindly contact us via e-mail;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can email us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Pink Book will notify you once the return is received and inspected and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund the delivery fee, only the item fee.
