FAQ & Shipping Policy

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? 

We operate 100% online and do not have a physical store or fitting facilities unfortunately. We are situated and operated from Cape Town, South-Africa.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

We follow South-African Sizes. Please note that our shoe and shirt sizes are labeled as UK sizes which runs similar to South-African shoe sizes. Please contact us if you are unsure about what size to select.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

We offers a 7 day return policy on all our full priced items. All returned items must receive us in no longer than 10 days after items was received. You are welcome to use your own courier to deliver to our office address or we can arrange it for you at extra costs. Regrettably No returns/refunds apply to Custom items or Sale Items. Refunds might take +/-7 days after receipt of returned item. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery time is approximately +/- 2-4 weeks.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the courier has collected your item, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be activated.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we just operate within the South African boarders.

CUSTOM ITEMS & ALTERATIONS:

We have a few items that is made to order on customer request, sizing etc. On these items we do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges. We do not offer any alterations to garments/dresses and recommend a local tailor to assist if there is any need for altering.
